Hints to get you started:

Early memories:
Think about your earliest memories as a child

The house or street you first lived in:

Your parents:
What did you like doing with them as a child?

Siblings:
How many do you have and do you have a favourite brother or sister?

Schooldays:
Were you happy?

Your first job:
Describe how you got your first job and if it became your career

Best friends:
Who were they and are you still in contact with them?
First love? Did you marry him or her or were you happy to stay single?

Children?
If yes, how many did you have and what are their talents?

Once you start, you can elaborate on any aspect.  For example, with your house you can write about the rooms and gardens.  Or with school, was there a teacher that you liked or one that you disliked?  Each of the above headings can be like a tree with many branches or aspects to it.
